Eliza Mai Hinrichs is a New Orleans-born painter and pattern designer.

Her mother was the first person to put a paintbrush in her hand, introducing her to the arts before she even began walking. Eliza had many creative endeavors throughout her childhood, and ultimately, painting became the major force in her creative language.

She is driven by curiosity, aiming to translate the imagined worlds reflected in her universe. She is inspired by all the colors and textures that exist within the small intricacies of the world.  Pattern-making is where she marries her passions, creating functional art to decorate the world.
